Description:
Responsibilities
- Perform Administrative and financial functions in support for the team.
- Manage the Performance Monitoring Program, ensuring Honeywell are 100% compliant with contract deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of QFM system and interface with Honeywell ServiceNet.
- Review and audit administration services to ensure full compliance to Honeywell business processes.
- Assist the Facility Manager with sub-contractor management.
Key Experience and Qualifications :
- Higher School Certificate (year 12) or suitable TAFE qualifications.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Management or Security qualifications
- Previous experience in a site coordination role
- Administration / financial experience essential
- Competent in standard PC software Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Web based business applications.
- Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
