Join us as our new Survey & Inspection Coordinator

As a Survey & Inspection Coordinator, you will coordinate, plan and assist with the selection of offshore Survey & Inspection personnel, coordinate their mobilisation and demobilisation on assigned vessels operating across the Asia Pacific region.

This includes global mobility, compliance, employee qualifications and competence and other administrative assignments. In your role you will liaise with stakeholders from different departments and personnel to facilitate a seamless on-boarding, mobilisation and demobilisation process.

Your excellent collaborative and organisational skills will ensure your success in this role.

Requirements

We are looking for a Survey & Inspection Coordinator with the following qualifications and skills :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Desirable
  • Experience in a similar position (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continues improvement, and solution focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
