Our Contact Centre team works together to provide excellence in sales and service to our Direct Customers. Located in Darwin's CBD our Contact Centre provides excellent training and development programs to ensure your success in building a long-term career with us.

As a Customer Service Specialist at TIO, you will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service skills when speaking with new and existing customers about our products.

You'll be responsible for

  • Delivering excellence in customer service to ensure positive customer outcomes are achieved
  • Assisting in customer inquiries, providing policies and following internal processes to achieve customer service and quality targets
  • Managing inbound calls within set SLAs following company standards with the ultimate goal to achieve positive customer outcomes
  • Understanding customer insights and feedback and always acting to put our customers best interest in everything you do
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative and internal compliance obligations.

About you

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service role with proven experience delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Contact Centre experience will be highly desirable but not essential
  • Resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
