Cruise Whitsundays is an award winning, innovative, and experienced maritime operator, based in Airlie Beach. Our experiences include day and overnight tours throughout the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef, as well as resort connection services. We are proud to offer Australia’s first underwater accommodation, Reefsuites, on The Great Barrier Reef and exclusive Reefsleep experience at Reefworld on Hardy Reef.
About The Role

What will you be doing?
Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service;
- Barista and basic food preparation duties;
- Overseeing the stock control of consumables and daily reconciliations;;
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest experience;
- Adherence of operational procedures and WHS requirements and
- General café, kitchen and terminal housekeeping

- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service
- Know your stuff, possess exceptional barista skills, basic food handling experience and are recognised for your strengths in guest service – you see everything through a guest centric lens
- A natural leader with problem solving skills, effective communication and great initiative!
- Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all
- Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and Covid Safe Dining In Certificate
