The Role
As an Office Administrator / Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing office operations and assisting with contracts administration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with contracts administration, including preparing and reviewing contracts, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- Proven experience in office administration or contracts administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
