The Company

My client is a leading residential construction company based in Norwest, dedicated to delivering high-quality homes to our clients. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are looking for a motivated Office Administrator / Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The Role

As an Office Administrator / Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing office operations and assisting with contracts administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assisting with contracts administration, including preparing and reviewing contracts, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or contracts administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
