Description:
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will have a key focus on creating and implementing a sales strategy for the East Coast of Australia. It requires close coordination with the operations team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Teamwork is essential, with active collaboration among colleagues from different parts of the business. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is a central aspect of the role, involving regular interaction with clients to understand their evolving requirements and cultivate lasting partnerships that contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position, your experience and knowledge will include the following:
- Significant experience in Oil & Gas services aligned to the solutions provided by Expro
- Proven track record in engaging customers, delivering successful bids and building a credible brand linked to capability
- Deep network within the industry
- Strong technical capability - ideal hold a technical qualification
- Strategically adept in adjusting and pivoting to market needs
- Sales and Operations leadership experience
