Description:
- Diary management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Counsel, defendant's solicitors, clients, staff) on Solicitors behalf.
- Send emails on Solicitors behalf.
- Draft letters for Solicitors signature.
- Communicate advice to clients on Solicitors behalf.
- Book Solicitors attendance at various conferences (ie ALA National Conference).
- Liaise with potential new clients from first point of contact through to follow up.
- Liaise with clients over the course of their claim.
- Regular file review / update meetings with Solicitor.
- File management.
- Booking medical assessment appointments for client.
- Manage personal travel at times.
- Manage personal appointments at times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a law firm.
- Experience in high level executive support.
- High level of customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Excellent quality control.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritise workload and conflicting demands.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to conduct internet research.
- Ability to handle difficult people with sensitivity, respect and patience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
