Lead the way in Resident Care

Due to service growth, Our 136-bed facility is searching for a driven Clinical Manager to champion best practices and elevate our resident care. As a proven leader, you'll manage a team of Clinical, Registered, and Enrolled nurses, becoming a role model who inspires everyone to embody our core values.

We're at a pivotal moment in Aged Care. New advancements and a focus on resident-centered care are transforming the industry. We're searching for a visionary leader who can not only navigate these changes, but also champion them.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Champion resident-centred care: Empower residents and families to make informed decisions and ensure their well-being is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Lead and inspire: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where staff feel valued and supported to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure best practice: Oversee quality and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.
  • Develop your team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to help staff excel in their roles.
  • Make a real impact: Play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for our residents.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Act and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and competencies.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • A commitment to quality improvement and a passion for resident well-being.
  • Post-graduate qualification in Aged Care or Management will be highly regarded
