About the Company
Our client is a reputable transport company based in SA who specialises in oversized and heavy-loads transport across Australia. They pride themselves on identifying the most efficient and safe routes, having secure additional escorts, and having quality equipment maintained by onsite qualified mechanics.
About the role
We are looking for experienced MC drivers who are confident in transporting oversized and heavy loads. A motivated MC driver preferably with BFM and float experience , our client has plenty of work available majority of the work they do is Interstate work and when they are interstate all trucks have sleeping quarters + a $50 Per night allowance. You can be away from home between 1-10 days. Ideally want full-time Experienced drivers. Immediate interview and start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport oversized loads to destinations both locally and interstate
* Oversee loading and unloading of loads
* Securing loads
* Conducting pre-starts and other WHS requirements
* Providing friendly, reliable service to customers
Skills & Experience
- MC Licence
- Experience with heavy loads and oversized floats (min 4.5m)
- Knowledge of road transport Legislation including fatigue management (Basic Fatigue Managment)
- White Card
- Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
