An opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role:
- Performing end-to-end accounts payable ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, accounts and expense reports
- Responding to Finance email queries from clinics and suppliers
- Ensure approved invoices are coded correctly for general ledger and GST purposes
- Perform payment runs and upload payments to the bank
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations at month end
- Bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations
- Point of Sale (POS) reconciliations
- Additional finance support as required by the division
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of Sage Intacct and OCR tools (advantageous)
- Experience with high volumes of invoicing
- Proactive and positive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
