As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Osborne
- Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Osborne is located close to schools and shops as well as community facilities and transport routes.
- We provide high quality early learning and care from birth to five years. Our centre provides long day care with convenient hours, open Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 6.30pm (except public holidays).
- Our centre environment and natural surroundings supports progressive indoor and outdoor programs for children to play, learn and explore. The environment will enhance children's social/emotional, cognitive, language and physical aspects. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability - while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
- Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
- Through key partnerships and tapping into the skills and talents of our families and the broader community, we are able to enrich the children's learning program with "real life" visits and incursions, as well as exciting visits to locations within the community.

You'll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current South Australia Working with Children Check
