Broker Direct Sales Consultant - Third Party Banking (Perth)Who are we? As part of the broader Home Buying team, Third Party Banking is a dedicated sales and service support channel for the mortgage business placed withmBank, via mortgage brokers.
This team is a focused sales force with intensive calling programs, designed to ensure thatmBank product is front of mind when brokers are dealing with existing and prospective clients.
Do work that matters In this role you'll be responsible for driving profitable business by providing strong relationship and sales support management to a client base of brokers and advisers in the promotion ofmBank home loans and banking products for the Group.
More specifically you will : Develop effective relationships with new and existing brokers (office based role) Ensure the provision of consistently accurate technical, loan structuring and policy support to brokers to maximise sales oues and identify training and development issues Drive the continuous improvement of brokers' knowledge and service standards to maximise sales activity Take ownership of customer needs and identify appropriate service and product solutions, ensure that settlements are maximised, and that customer retention risks are identified and proactively resolved Work in a team environment by developing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues that support the achievement of team goals and objectives Be a change advocate, understanding regulatory initiatives and be agile to implement as part of ongoing broker education We're interested in hearing from people who have : Intermediate MS Excel skills Excellent industry knowledge of both local and national housing and mortgage broker markets, and prior experience in and knowledge of mortgage / lending products and services Demonstrated ability in sales, business development and relationship management, with strong interpersonal, verbal and writtenmunication skills The capacity to work in a busy,mercial,petitive environment, and the ability to meet objectives and targets If you're already part of themonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
