Provide for / or supplement alternative foods / beverages for childrenwith allergies or special food / dietary requirements.
Prepare weekly stock take and ordering.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygieneComply with all relevant regulations, policies and work guidelines.
What we are looking for : Previous experience in cooking for large groups of children aged 0-6years (desirable but not essential)Relevant Commercial Cookery / Hospitality qualifications and foodhandling certificates, including (SITSS00069) Food Safety SupervisionSkill Set.
