Job Description : Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities : 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions3.
Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met5.
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times6. Utilizing project management skills to streamline processes and improve customer experiences7.
Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat8. Providing product information and assistance with sales as needed9.
Performing administrative tasks to support the customer care team10. Contributing to the overall success of the customer care departmentRequirements : 1.
