Description:
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop, strategise, and contribute to an inclusive people and culture workplace strategy.
- Run and mange ER/IR matters.
- Partner with business units to implement retention and satisfaction strategies.
- Discuss and create positive team cultural initiatives and benefits.
- Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs.
- Ensure physically and psychological safety is promoted in the workplace.
Requirements:
We are looking for an immediately available HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and likes to take on all aspects of HR, including recruitment. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communications skills and be able to handle all levels of stakeholder engagement, ER/IR and development (coaching of managers). This will be a Monday - Friday role, full-time, and standard business hours for a minimum period of three-months.
