About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, the Receptionist supports positive experiences of our brands with our visitors, consumers and staff. Their organizational and multi-tasking abilities help us to stay track and keep the business running smoothly. This act as a role model in great customer service as they are an important first touch point face to the organisation and Central Office.

This position is located in Rivervale working 2 days a week from 8:30am -5:00pm (Thursday & Friday).

We may consider other flexible options for the right candidate.

We'll Also Be Asking You To

  • Greet all visitors to office to ensure visitors, staff and consumers have excellent experiences.
  • Supporting visitors and staff to undertake RAT tests and check-in using Zipline for front reception.
  • Answering phone calls and returning messages to provide excellent experiences using the call centre IVR system, operating within designated business hours.
  • Navigating calls to business units to ensure clients and staff have an excellent experience.
  • Ensuring roster for lunch breaks and leave is managed to create excellent experiences for our clients and staff.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and assist with sending out communications.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience as a receptionist preferably in a healthcare setting.
