Description:
The Senior Administration Officer key responsibilities are:Provide timely, high-quality advice and support on the management of assets, facilities, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business systems.
* Supervise the administrative team and provide training, assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff.
* Ensure compliance with relevant human resource, financial management and other standards, policies, and legislation relevant to the operations of the department.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative systems and processes including systems relating to the management of accommodation and assets, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business processes.
* Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to relevant inquiries
* Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to clients.
* Allocate, prioritise, and perform tasks in accordance with departmental procedures and financial and administrative delegations.
* Participate as a member of the management team and contribute to strategic and operational planning, reviews, and key decision-making.
