Guest Services Agent - Night (11pm - 7am)

We are looking for our next Guest Service Agent - Nights to play a key role in the smooth running of all night operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, passionate, and customer-focused environment.

Job Description

• Completing an audit of daily hotel operations and general reception duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Providing exceptional customer service while on shift, including but not limited to check in and checkout of guests, answering telephone calls, reservation enquiries and attending to guest requests;
• Promoting positive and professional guest relations by being a Hotel Ambassador;
• Ensuring complaints are handled in an effective, efficient and professional manner;
• Ensuring open and effective communication is maintained and thorough handovers are complete at the beginning and end of each shift;
• Preparing management reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful you will require:

• To be a night owl who enjoys working alone
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills
• Be able to work autonomously and take pride in your work and in achieving positive outcomes
• A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required
• Attention to detail
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Knowledge of HMS is a bonus
• An ability to work 11:00pm to 7:00am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
