Job Description
- Completing an audit of daily hotel operations and general reception duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Providing exceptional customer service while on shift, including but not limited to check in and checkout of guests, answering telephone calls, reservation enquiries and attending to guest requests;
- Promoting positive and professional guest relations by being a Hotel Ambassador;
- Ensuring complaints are handled in an effective, efficient and professional manner;
- Ensuring open and effective communication is maintained and thorough handovers are complete at the beginning and end of each shift;
- Preparing management reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful you will require:
- To be a night owl who enjoys working alone
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and take pride in your work and in achieving positive outcomes
- A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required
- Attention to detail
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Knowledge of HMS is a bonus
- An ability to work 11:00pm to 7:00am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
