We are proudly partnering with a multi-state provider in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field. Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (functional, workplace, ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
If you are a clinician new to Occ Rehab, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting to grow your career in this field. If you're an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant, you can expect the great opportunities available when working with a growing provider.
To be considered, its essential you are a fully qualified OT, Physio or EP with full AHPRA or ESSA registration and full working rights. A vehicle can be provided, but you must have a full licence. You will ideally have some post grad experience either as a clinician or Rehabilition Consultant, but new grads may also be considered and salary is reviewed accordingly.
