We are currently have two vacancies we're looking to fill:

• Production Manager - Manufacturing
• Mechanical Engineering Technician - MET

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification.

Duties for the Production Manager role include:

• Strategizing production activities considering factors like output quality, quantity, cost, time, and labour
• Monitoring and executing production strategies while analysing production output and expenses to minimise costs
• Coordinating staff activities and keeping other managers informed about production-related matters
• Supervising the procurement and installation of new plant and equipment
• Scheduling maintenance, allocating operational hours, and managing the supply of parts and tools
• Researching, reporting and recording production data

Duties for the Mechanical Engineering Technician role include:

• Collaborating with other staff on drafting drawings, plans, and designs for mechanical engineering projects, while also assisting in equipment and plant design
• Oversee assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical assemblies, components, machine tools, controls, and hydraulic power systems
• Conduct and supervise field and laboratory tests, collect and analyse data, perform complex computations, and create diagrams.
• Select appropriate tools and equipment, estimate material costs, quantities, and machine requirements

The successful applicants will be offered a remuneration between $70,000 - $80,000.
