We are proudly partnering with a leading community health service for the Central Coast + Newcastle region. The service is privately owned so you get the best of both worlds - the experience of a progressive and innovative service, with the close-knit feel.
Our client supports a mix of clients covering predominantly NDIS, home care packages and some residential aged care, so you have a varied caseload across the Central Coast or Newcastle, depending on where you're located. There are also local offices in both Newcastle and the Central Coast where you’ll get to enjoy regular team catchups and training. As a growing service, opportunities for specialisations and to become a Senior / Lead OT are definitely in scope, and even now they are recruiting for Lead OT, Speechies and Physiotherapists due to growth.
You will be a values driven individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the clients you work with, and be a true team player who enjoys multi-disciplinary collaboration. Our client also provides a company car so there’s nothing holding you back from being community based.
To be considered, it is essential you have
- Full AHPRA registration as an OT and full working rights
- Ideally some post grad experience in either aged care or NDIS, but new graduates also encouraged to apply
- A full drivers licence (vehicle can be provided, or car use reimbursement provided)
