We are proudly partnering with a national leader in Workplace Health and Injury Management services who are expanding further into Albury. As part of this exciting growth, they are looking for a new Area Manager who is passionate about growing and developing teams and is wanting to join a growing organisation where they can make a genuine impact.
Our client will offer you opportunities not widely available elsewhere, as they continue to grow and expand into new areas. You will be given both freedom but huge levels of support to be involved at grass roots level of growing a new team, so bring your creativity and innovation with you!
Key areas of the role are:
- Growing and leading a new team of Rehabilitation Consultants
- Managing financial and commercial aspects of the branch (with full support)
- Capability building within the team and maximising staff engagement in an ever-changing external climate
- Client / account management along with a small billable portfolio of your own
You will be a natural leader who is craving the excitement that can come with building a new team, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who has
- Ideally 2-3+ years in Occ Rehab
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and helping build team capability
- A strong desire to step up and take lead
It is essential that you have full registration as either an OT, Physio, EP or Rehab Counsellor. Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across. Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $95k-$115k + super + incentives.
