About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist , to work at our busy Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Artarmon on a full-time basis.
The role will involve the following:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet guests and direct them appropriately
- Assist potential clients with enquiries
- Book vehicles in for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Full work rights in Australia
- Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
