Reporting straight to the Director, this is an opportunity to grow, manage and run an experienced team of professionals. You will be the driving force that manages the continual support and performance of the sales staff. Managing all existing & upcoming sales staff as well as your own listings, this role will see you utilize your managerial and relationship management skills daily.Your specific duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage, Mentor & Support the Existing Sales Team
- Setting, monitoring and ensuring KPI's are met
- Work with the administration/marketing team to capture the best buyer leads and distribute them through the team
- Devise & Facilitate Training Sessions
- Reporting directly to the Director
- People Management
- List and sell own properties
- Maintain Team targets
- Run the current listings the director already has and get a large % automatically
- Work from home on offer
- Cover Northern Districts of Sydney pocket
- Potential for profit shares within 6 months
- Experience in a real estate sales role
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Business Acumen - understanding & incorporating stakeholders into business decisions
- Ability to lead, develop and train the team
- Must hold a real estate licence
