As the Maintenance & Property Supervisor you will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and surrounds and managing maintenance staff. Your duties will include:
- Managing Reactive and Preventative Maintenance
- Minor property repairs (ie. Light bulbs, door hinges, taps etc)
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies
- Upkeep of properties, gardens and entranceways
- Monthly reporting
- Work closely with the Property Manager
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely
- Support the Facilities Manager on any ad hoc tasts
- Delegate work to staff as needed
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs
To be suitable for this role, you must have:
- Must have previous experience and background in all areas of hands-on maintenance
- Qualifications in trade or trade-related enterprises
- Sound computer skills
- Have a motivated & positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid driver’s license & NSW White Card
