The Client:
This is an opportunity within the most forward thinking, award winning real estate brand who are constantly evolving, growing and utilising the latest technology and marketing platforms. Led by a number 1 selling Principal in a National Network, this is a sophisticated agency known for its highly trained Property Management Team. Currently seeking a Property Manager to join their team, this is an opportunity to provide first-class management to a high-end clientele.
The Role:

Monday - Friday, reporting straight to the Directors, with a unique team structure, you will take on all new business that gets signed up working closely alongside a Business Development Manager, Leasing Consultant, Accountant and Administrator, your day to day tasks will include:
  • Self manage portfolio of 150 properties around Hunters Hill and surrounds
  • Nurture long term client relationship
  • Coordinate appraisals and marketing with prospects
  • Reviews for market rents and trends
  • Arrears management
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople
  • Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance
  • Junior PM & Leasing Consultant to support

The Candidate:

The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this opportunity will be energetic, ambitious and process high levels of motivation. You will be extremely well spoken, well presented and have strong communication skills.
  • Must have previous Property Management experience
  • Hold a Current Certificate of Registration
  • A current driver's license & reliable car
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
  • Be a great team player
