Our Client:
Our client is a well-regarded National Retailer. You will specifically be a part of their growing retail Division. This is a great opportunity to join the Property space. With a defined strategy to deploy, the company and individual goals are clear, providing the right person with an excellent platform to succeed.
The Role
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Point of contact for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Data entry and ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation
  • Minute taking
  • Write and distribute emails, forms, and letters.
  • Customer service & stakeholder management
The Experience
  • People-friendly and can-do attitude
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, and office assistant
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
  • Logical thinker with an eye for detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
