- At least 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader
- A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice.
- A can- do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum.
- Able to passionately work within their philosophy.
- Must hold an Early Childhood Degree & Nesa Accreditation (or be willing to apply for Nesa accreditation)
