About the role
You will drive the Groups financials as you lead a high performing team of qualified and transactional staff, by having a keen eye for continuous improvements. Ensuring streamlined processes are in place to deliver effective financial processes and reporting, with all appropriate risks considered for Australia, New Zealand and US operations.

• Provide information and strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team
• Actively collaborate with senior leaders to identify business drivers and optimise costs
• A strategic approach to robust cashflow management, forecasting & reporting
• All financial, taxation and statutory compliance across the company & each jurisdiction
• Oversee the project accounting and payroll reporting
• Assist with Auditing requirements in collaboration with other functions.

About you
An experienced Group Financial Controller who is driven by being a collaborative relationship-builder with stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of risk management practices and building an effective control environment.

• Proven ability to develop, mentor and empower a high performing team
• CPA or CA qualified and ideally proficient in NetSuite
• Thrives in a fast paced project-lead construction industry.
