About the client –
Our client are a leading Sydney based Design and Construction organization seeking their newest Site Manager.
Their presence in the market is at the forefront of the Commercial space known, for delivering design focused, high-profile construction fit out projects.
This position has been established in conjunction with a recent successful expansion of pipeline, it will be a long term role offering job stability and a platform for exceptional talent to grow, collaborate and advance within the organization post initial project requirements.
Day-to-day duties but not limited to -
- Overseeing project direction of projects ranging 300k - 1.5m
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinating trades staff and delivery
- Maintaining safety & ensuring requirements are met
- Accessing documentation drawings
- Reporting and monitoring progress
- Working with the Project Managers and GM
Selection Criteria -
- Relevant Australian experience managing Commercial Office Workspace projects
- 2+ years’ experience managing construction projects (any typology)
- Strong people and communication skills
- Strong time management to meet deadlines on budget
- The ability to manage multiple sites if required
- Relevant Diploma and/or Bachelors degree preferred
