We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a $60m class two project in Gosford . You will be pivotal in overseeing and managing construction according to the building code.
You will also ensure high-quality build from Structure to finishes while being on time and within budget, maintaining strong client relationships and fostering collaboration among project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Work with the Site Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
