Your opportunity

As a Contract’s Administrator you will be across procurement, contract administration & financial reporting to achieve project WHS&E, commercial, quality & program objectives.

Work with project teams for tender preparation, scope and specifications reviews, contractor communications, tender recommendations and contract negotiations.

Prepare contracts & handle the contract execution process, cost management and reporting. Liaising Project Manager’s and Key stakeholders, discussing plan works and contractor and supplier engagement.

You will have overall accountability for:

  • Manage all project commercial and financial activities to ensure completed works achieve the Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E), time, cost and quality objectives for the project;
  • Manage the procurement, establishment and administration of all allocated subcontracts and/or supply agreements.
  • Ensure all commercial administration activities on the project are in accordance with Scentre policies and procedures;
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractors in compliance with legislative requirements
  • Assist with Monthly Project Reporting
  • Creating procurement strategies
  • Negotiating great commercial outcomes
