As Hawa Pure Care continues to evolve in market, they are now seeking a General Manager to act as a key member of the Executive Team. Responsible for driving strategy and delivering high-quality care to vulnerable community members, this role offers the opportunity to develop and implement innovative programs tailored to meet diverse needs of the clients while supporting organisational growth.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Disability or Human Services delivery, along with a proven track record of fostering an engaged and collaborative, culture. Additionally, the General Manager will need to prioritise business-minded initiatives, ensuring quality and safeguarding across services while taking ownership of operational and financial reporting. The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Team management, involving leadership and mentorship of internal staff to cultivate a positive culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Financial oversight, encompassing budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Identifying growth opportunities and leadership in expanding services and programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Management, Business, Social Services or related fields.
- Substantial experience within the sector and in senior leadership positions, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or senior management role.
- Demonstrated capabilities in developing and implementing strategic plans and policies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budget management.
