Reporting to the General Manager, this Engineering technologist position will be part of a small team and they will be responsible for completing the following based of their knowledge and experience from the Automotive Suspension Seating industry:

They will:

• supervise the design of prototypes.
• set guides for testing of safety and performance.
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, manage the homologation process.
• conduct product benchmarking.
• market research,

With this some of the main objectives will be to create and implement cost-effective production processes. At the same time whilst updating FMEA and control plans. Assist with external product training, as well optimize production processes. They will help to supervise cross-functional teams inline with managing maintenance activities, change management processes, and project budgets and resources, while maintaining project documentation, ensuring on-time delivery within constraints.

That will all lead to helping to develop and maintain strategic alliances with the national dealers, resellers and major accounts within the after-market and OEM sectors. Managing this brand, you will develop strong customer relationships, strategic sales and marketing programs, provide technical product training, co-ordinate product launches, project-manage contracts and ensure product positioning.

You will be a proven Commercial Seating Technical Engineering Manager or Supervisor with several years of experience delivering commercial technical seating products within a mobile equipment, mechanical or engineering environment. You will be a passionate self starter who is able to influence and guide others within all processes and further assist in implementing methods for generating new opportunities.

Tertiary qualification in a technical or business-related discipline will be held in high regard.

ISRINGHAUSEN Pty Ltd was incorporated in February 1994 and ISRI products are distributed from the company's warehouse in Wetherill Park, Sydney, direct to OEM customers, and through a dealer network to aftermarket and trade customers.
