We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our established team in our Corrimal service. This is a hybrid position with on/off the floor hours!
About the role:
- Execute and oversee educational programming tailored to meet the needs of all young learners under our care
- Provide comprehensive support to our educators in implementing these programs, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) while fostering an environment conducive to child-led discovery
- Foster the professional growth of team members, empowering them to actively contribute to children's educational journeys with confidence
- Cultivate strong relationships with families and educators, facilitating open communication and collaboration
- Maintain meticulous adherence to EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements, striving for excellence in all aspects of our educational practices
- Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader desirable
- Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
