Role Overview:Our client is a pioneering force in the agency network realm, providing a platform that allows companies to engage multiple specialist and bespoke agencies through a single supplier.
We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with their Australian team to spearhead client demand and foster revenue growth within the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and nurturing new client accounts across corporate and mid-market sectors.
- Generating fresh briefs and opportunities for the agency network, spanning their comprehensive service offerings, and taking these through to closing project sales.
- Striking a balance between securing net new logo sales and building long term repeat business with existing clients.
- Working collaboratively with the Australia team to refine and enhance the company's go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated history of consistent success in sales / business development.
- Experience in the agency/consulting environment.
- Well-established client network within the Australian agency market.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for introducing new capabilities to the business.
- Recent experience selling into large corporate clients.
- A relationship based consultancy led sales ethos.
- Ability to operate autonomously and secure sales independently.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
