Join this exceeding service is looking for an Educational Leader to join their fantastic team, with excellent rates of pay!
Offering:
- $48 per hour + additional allowances, dependent on experience
- 7 weeks annual leave
- Time off the floor to focus on the curriculum
- On-site parking
- Full-time, permanent employment

- Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia without restriction
- Ideally, 6 months experience as an Educational Leader, or in a similar position
