About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing coordinator to own the business’s digital strategy. Working across two companies within the Group, the successful candidate will lead the digital marketing strategy both internally and for the Group's external clients.
Key roles and responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Defining internal marketing strategies, and consulting with clients on finding the best marketing mix for their business requirements.
- Leading internal marketing efforts across digital channels.
- Clear reporting of marketing results.
- Delivering financially measurable results.
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells for clients.
- Optimising digital campaigns to improve performance.
This position is full-time, and located onsite, at our office a short distance from the Sydney CBD
Qualifications and Competencies
- A minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience; Agency experience is ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to commercial, strategic and transactional levels.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collectively with a diverse team to deliver agreed KPIs and targets.
- Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 per year
