About the RoleOur client is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join their Trustee Services Division. In this role, you will be a part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely administration services for Trusts and long-term Estates. Managing a caseload of 40-50 Trusts/Estates, the successful candidate will balance work outputs and competing priorities to ensure favourable outcomes for the service recipients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of Trusts and Estates through various stages of administration.
- Upholding high standards of service delivery as set by our client.
- Effective communication with a broad range of clients, professionals, staff, and community members.
- Applying investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the legal or financial sectors is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of empathy, insightfulness, and personalised customer service.
- A commitment to providing value and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
