Being a leader within their industry and continually growing, this successful car dealership based in Berwick is seeking an organised and enthusiastic person to join their Sales team as a Sales Administrator.
You will provide crucial support to the busy Phones Sales Team, ensuring that sales deals are completed accurately and followed up in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for liaising with consultants and customers for missing or incorrect information.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Enter sales deals and appointments into the system
- Ensure sales leads are followed up efficiently
- Follow up outstanding sales information
- Liaise with customers and sales consultants
- Assist with incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct departments
About You:
- Strong administration skills
- Confident in MS Office, Teams, Outlook
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries at once
- Attention to detail
