About the role:
This National Outside School Care Provider is looking for dedicated Regional Managers across Sydney. Supporting 8-10 Before and After School Care services in this region, overseeing supervision of staff and children. The successful candidate will promote excellence and lead by example, mentor their reporting staff and ensure that their services provide a safe, engaged and overall fun environment.
Within managing the 8-10 services, the following key responsibilities will be included to maintain and effectively manage:
- Experience in delivering quality assessments and ratings and looking to continuously improve services
- Strong Leadership and mentoring skills, supporting and driving training, overall performance and development
- Experience in Risk Management and maintaining safety on site
- Positive Relationship management and liaise with School committee to ensure overall operations are running smoothly and building strong relationships
- Develop and implement creative and engaging ideas and activities that promote learning, fun and growth
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
Regions Available:
- South East Sydney
- Inner West & Upper North Shore
- Ryde & Lower North Shore
- Hills Shire
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with children
- Demonstrated multi-site experience within the OSHC sector
- Current and valid state check to work with children i.e. NSW Working With Children Check
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate (incl. CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis) - willing to obtain
- Food handling/Safety qualification desirable - willing to obtain
- Current driver's license
- Australian work rights - no restrictions
