Your responsibilities : anticipate needs, resolve problems, and act efficiently.
- Executive support: personal affairs, errands and tasks. Calendar & Inbox management, meeting agenda and follow-up actions, ad hoc general administrative tasks. Travel arrangements and itinerary coordination.
- Prepare and communicate materials for internal and external meetings.
- Help coordinate projects across both internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate procurement and other internal processes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder's Executive Assistant.
