Junior Property ManagerThis property manager opportunity in North Melbourne would ideally suit a leasing agent or a candidate with Real Estate Experience. We are looking for an individual ready to step up to manage their own local portfolio that suits their experience and ability to allow them to learn property management properly!
Learn to manage own portfolio, learn from a great department head with 15 years experience!
We want a team player! You will be working with a team of experienced property managers, drawing from years of experience you will be provided with the tools you need to become the best!
JOB DUTIES:
- Routine inspections
- Holding properties open for inspection
- Completing condition reports
- Responding to enquiries
- Building your name in the industry with clients and tenants
- Organising maintenance
WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + Super (With commissions available)
- Company Car for use during business hours!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Experience (ideally) as an assistant PM or Leasing agent
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
- 6-12 months RE experience
- Valid drivers license
