Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor or 3PL Warehouse Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee operations in our brand-new warehouse and potentially build and manage your own team from the ground up.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Ensure 5 days full-time availability for warehouse operations
- Lead and manage the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain inventory accuracy and implement efficient warehouse processes
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in all warehouse activities

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
