- Relevant Engineering degree preferred or other tertiary qualification with 10+ years relevant operational experience

- Demonstrated success in leadership role
- Demonstrated significant success in change management
- Proven delivery of KPIs
- Experience and knowledge of the CES function
- Program/project management experience
