As a Sales Consultant with Pickles, you will support our customers and share your knowledge as soon as they walk through our digital doors. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles by understanding their preferences, budgets, and needs
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and finance options to facilitate smooth transactions and maximise customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
ABOUT YOU
- Previous sales experience in the automotive preferred
- Demonstrated experience utilising the full potential of CRM in all interactions to increase sales and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Passion for cars and willingness to stay updated on industry trends
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
