Kmart Australia's Corporate Systems team is responsible for ensuring our National Office has the tools to support Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
As a pivotal member of the team, you'll be tasked with leveraging your expertise to support our People and Capability teams, in addition to drive strategic initiatives to optimize HR processes.
From requirement gathering to system configuration and user support, your comprehensive understanding of SuccessFactors modules will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions with our business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with Kmart's corporate services and applications teams to understand our unique functional requirements, extend our capabilities and rectify issues affecting day-to-day operations within the group.
- Ensure delivery of functionality and integration meets the business requirement.
- Understand how functional requirements and upstream/downstream system integrations impact the overall solution.
- Lead and implement process improvements, from concept to delivery.
- Work with SMEs and project resources to design and document requirements and standard operating procedures, by using a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitated sessions)
To be successful in the role you'll have:
- Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll and Onboarding.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional time management capabilities and be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Highly developed communication skills, be comfortable discussing software functionality with engineers, support staff and non-technical end users.
- A consultative nature, able to make recommendations and propose changes to user requests to better align to HRIS capabilities and configuration.
