Overview
Our client is a major irrigated cotton and broadacre cropping operation located in North west NSW. They are seeking experienced farmhands/machinery operators for general farmhand, tractor driver and irrigation roles.

Job Description
The roles are varied, encompassing all aspects of cotton and mixed crop farming, from machinery operation to irrigation.

A farming background and experience with specific farm machinery operations is preferred but all applicants will be considered.

Key requirements

• Experience with dryland cropping, specifically cotton is desirable.
• Previous experience in the operation of modern farm machinery and GPS.
• Experience operating Cotton Pickers would be advantageous
• The ability to work independently and take direction
• Experience operating large self propelled sprayers
• General knowledge and practical application of farm machinery.
• Preventative maintenance and repairs is advantageous.
