Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to support the roll-out of a mental health & AOD program. In this role, you will be responsible for clinical governance and ensuring performance outcomes, standards, and compliance requirements are met. You will provide clinical leadership for the mental health program and AOD center, overseeing the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the clients and community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical governance processes, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide clinical leadership for the mental health program and AOD center, guiding the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, monitoring performance outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in mental health and AOD services.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and professional bodies.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary depending on experience (base range between $110k - $125k)
  • 11% superannuation
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900
  • Relocation assistance up to $3,000

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or similar
  • Registration with the relevant governing body
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and management within the mental health and/or AOD sector.
  • Sound understanding of clinical governance principles and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and promoting recovery and well-being.
