Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the scenic Northern Beaches area. As an integral part of our store management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff management, sales targets, and inventory management.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards on the sales floor.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling techniques, and promotional strategies.
- Oversee store merchandising and ensure visual standards are met to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management, doesn't have to be in electronics, but eager to learn .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends is advantageous.
